GINA
En este corto trabajé en el color de una de las escenas de baile. Un gran honor ya que ha formado parte de la muestra del Tour de Cine Francés en 2016, participó en la Selección Oficial del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia en 2018 así como la del CutOut Fest y fue nominado a mejor cortometraje animado en el Ariel 61.

In this animated short film I worked as a colorist for one of the dance scenes. A big honour, the short has been part of the French Film Tour 2018, the official selecction of Morelia’s International Film Fest in 2018 as well of the CutOut Fest official selecction that same year and was also nominated to the 61th Ariel, those are just a few among many more nominations worldwide.

Gina es una niña que nació con botarga de gallina, su sueño es bailar son jarocho pero el traje resulta un impedimento; con la ayuda de Regina, su madre, hará todo lo posible para hacer ese sueño realidad.

Gina is a kid born with a chicken suit, her dream is to dance folckloric mexican music and her suit turns out to be an impediment; with the help of Regina, her mother, she’ll do everything in her power to make her dream come true.
